Care Solutions, we offer all-encompassing "life care" services to seniors
and those with disabilities. We manage the transition in residential care
as well as offer additional services geared to assist you with every step
of the move. We work with Independent retirement communities
(homes, condos, apartments, etc), assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, adult foster care, home health and hospice, long-term nursing care, rehabilitation and short-term nursing care.
With over 1,200 care communities in the Portland Metro area alone, it
can be more than a little overwhelming to research, visit, and interview
them all to find the best fit for your or your loved one. Having worked
thirteen years in the industry, on both the personal and the business side, we have the knowledge and experience working with all levels of care communities in Oregon and SW Washington. We know which communities provide excellent care, serve great food, and employ the best of the best in care professionals. Without being prejudice to any one company or community, we will only refer you to the communities that continually prove to provide the best to their residents. Additionally, you will not approach the search for the right home alone, not only will we make the appointments to tour the homes but we will be there to make sure the all right questions are asked and answered, all the details are in place and we will even help you with the move itself!
